Condominiums

The best way of getting somewhere is this: build condominiums.
You get more stars as you get more people. You get more people
as you get more condos. Condos are a sure source of income.
Build something necessary (nursery, elevator, parking, etc) as
needed, but build a ton of condominiums!

Before clicking on anything else, select a lobby and using
the scroll bars, go to the bottom most side of the left screen
and click once. BOOM! $4,000,000!

When creating the first lobby, push option and the mouse
button to make it a double decker.

For the Triple Lobby you need to put it on the 1st, 15th, or 30th floor. Click the lobby and hold option and shift and click on the 1st, 15th, or 30 th floor and boom. You will have the 1st, 2nd, and third floor lobby's. You could have it on the 15th, 16th, and 17th floor. You could have it on the 30th, 31st, and 32nd.
